pbawin Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pbawin," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the pbawin platform accessible at pbawin.one and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.
• "Platform" means the pbawin website, mobile applications, software, and all related services, games, and features made available to registered users.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pbawin Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the pbawin Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within your pbawin Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), used to place wagers and receive winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by pbawin.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and certain account features are enabled.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to online gaming in the Philippines, including those administered by PAGCOR.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

To register and maintain an active pbawin Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of each gaming session.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from pbawin or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. pbawin reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent time.

Each individual may hold only one (1) pbawin Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pbawin Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your pbawin Account that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of account security.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pbawin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.

pbawin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until you have notified pbawin of a security breach and we have taken appropriate action.

pbawin supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your pbawin Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method; GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within seconds.
• pbawin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• pbawin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

All transactions on the pbawin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the User and are determined by the relevant payment provider.

pbawin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pbawin promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible user, household, IP address, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• pbawin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.

• Bonus Funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms.

pbawin's loyalty and VIP programs are governed by separate program terms, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

All games available on the pbawin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

pbawin is committed to fair play. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. pbawin does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pbawin Platform:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of pbawin's intellectual property may result in account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, pbawin and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that pbawin takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The pbawin Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit pbawin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

pbawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable game rules or promotion terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the User or their payment provider.

• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

You may close your pbawin Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pbawin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, to forfeit such balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with pbawin informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. pbawin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pbawin with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: pbawin's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of pbawin to be effective.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without pbawin's prior written consent. pbawin may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.

Language: These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
